We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing English division. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales experience, motivation, and the ability to work independently while representing our mission to help homeowners access Government-Backed ECO4 Grants for energy efficiency.


What We're Looking For:


  • Full UK Driver’s License

  • Based in England

  • At least 1 year of experience in Direct Sales

  • Confidence and determination to generate 2-5 leads per day

  • Self-motivated and able to travel across Wales within a designated area

  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage daily administrative tasks via mobile app


About Us: 


We're innovative start-up on the rise within the ECO4 Energy Efficiency sector. Our dedicated sales team uses a bespoke mobile application to identify homes eligible for the Government-Backed ECO4 Grant, providing free energy efficiency upgrades to reduce energy costs and install renewable technologies like solar panels and renewable heating systems.


Your Role:


  • Use our mobile application to identify homes eligible for the ECO4 scheme

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners to generate leads

  • Maintain and track your performance against KPIs in the sales app to meet weekly targets

  • Foster relationships with property portfolio owners to secure ongoing opportunities
